All items offered on Sen Gift are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality!
Most packages arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date, possible reasons for late delivery include the following:
- Incorrect address
- Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
- Severe weather conditions
- International customs procedures
If you did not receive your package as promptly as our website stated, we will give RESEND or REFUND per your asking. Please email us at [email protected] and we’ll make it right!
Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don’t charge import fees for shipments but some others will.Tax is not included in the price on our website, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.

- For modification orders ,the production time is expanded 1-2 days.
